An addition to expand master into master suite.

With an ICF foundation, 4 ft cement floor lighted crawl space for storage

Before   Interesting we noticed this going on next door.

A great walk in shower and room for a big bed....

This addition is a Mudroom, quarter Bath and laundry. Just off Garage and Back door. It was a covered patio. with the cement on a frost wall. so really the perfect mid winter project for us.

  When we find this sort of thing. I think, well that pays for the project.

  And there was already kind of a plan and permit pulled.    

This Project was to cover an existing entrance and rebuild deck and stairs.
